Awareness

The week which starts tomorrow is ME Awareness week. I've just posted about it here, on my other blog as I'm trying to keep this blog for my new garden, but please do click the link and have a look - it's not a heavy medical post and you may learn something which will be of help to anyone you meet with ME!

Rather more on-topic for this blog, the week which ends today was apparently hedgehog awareness week. Not quite such a serious issue, but still an important one as hedgehogs are in decline in the UK. There are a lot of things that gardeners can do to help them: for more information about gardening with hedgehogs in mind, please have a look at the British Hedgehog Preservation Society website and The Hedgehog site.
